The Journey

Making things since before I had a name for it.

I've been making things since I was a kid — long before I had a name for it. Design found me early, and it stuck. Since then it's been a self-taught path: years at university, sharpened by solo projects, church work, and client briefs along the way. Every one of them taught me something the last one couldn't.

How I Work

The parts of the process most people skip past.

I love collaboration — the friction and the flow of building something with other people. I love attention to detail, ideation, iteration, and storytelling — the parts of the process most people skip past to get to the finish. And I love worldbuilding: giving a brand, a badge, a page its own internal logic, so it feels like it belongs somewhere bigger than the brief.

I'm also currently building out data analysis skills — bringing a more analytical layer to how I read a brief and judge whether a design decision is actually working, not just how it looks.

Beyond Design

A creative lens, pointed at everything.

Outside of design, I'm pulled by culture, sport, architecture — inside and out, nature, my faith, and music. All of it feeds back into how I see: I look at the world through a creative lens, and most of what ends up in my work started as something I noticed somewhere else first.
